Jan 21/2011 - BELVIDERE - Ill - — A walk down the alley between Lori’s Little Critters, 109 N. State St., and the building at 105 N. State St. will likely draw your attention to the graffiti on both brick buildings. The building at 105 N. State St. houses the Register Star’s Boone County Bureau, apartments, a meeting room and Hot Heads hair salon. On this building are the somewhat faded words “White Power.” At 109 N. State, blue spray-paint, scribbles and black graffiti mar the building’s mural.
