Dance - for valentines and others

I mentioned these events in a previous post - always well run, big crowds, lots of fun, and suitable for couples or those on their own too. For this one, some will bring a Valentine, or find one there (preferable not someone else's) , some might worry it's an event with a little more pressure but I can assure you there's also many of us at these events that go just to have fun.

Here's Barry's latest invite -

 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are not too many good situations in Ottawa where you can get out and dance and have access to lots of interesting people in an evening (and economically) but I think this is one of them...whether you are single or a couple!  (As you may know, two to three years ago, they were very popular, weren't they)?!

You are cordially invited to attend the first "Dance Party" of 2010...Cupid Night" ...on Friday, February 12th at the Giuseppina Palace (nicknamed "The Palace"), 156 Cleopatra off Hunt Club, two clocks west of Merivale Rd., 8PM to 1AM.  You will be treated to lots of great dance music, 300 plus people (with your invitation help), invites to other events, a cash bar , complimentary munchies served later on in the evening, lots of free parking... all for $6 at the door!

If you are a group of 10 or more, you can contact me about reserving a table at no extra charge while they last.

As before, we will be trying to help out needy families and the Ottawa Food Bank, so if you would like to bring along a non-perishable food item or two, am sure that would be most appreciated.

Lastly, I will hopefully be able to organize 4 or 5 of these during the year if they are well attended, so I hope you will come, enjoy yourself and support them by inviting friends and spreading the word.  (Use this invite with a covering note if you like).

Come and find a Valentine  OR bring the one you have.

Cheers!
Barry.
