Raven's View

 More meanderings along Roy's Bay, with Ruby Island in view, then headed up into the hills/mountains. 

 Another chunk along the waterfront, ending at #ThatWanakaTree. 

It's a willow growing just offshore, with its roots often submerged, depending on lake level. It's been damaged over the years, by accident and also deliberately, and is a favourite spot for selfies. 

The lakefront is a lovely beach, quiet in some places, full of boats and kids elsewhere. And of course lots of shops and cafes just the other side of the street.

 My walk continued down along Roy's Bay.  

 Not a lot of progress, just a short ramble along the trail to the other side of the Eel Point Reserve.
